1. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives defective or does not match the approved design proof, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or error.
  • The defect or error is verified by our team.

Resolution Options:

  • Replacement: We will produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refund: A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the nature of the defect.

2. Non-Refundable Products

Due to the customized nature of our cooler bags, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Errors in the design that were approved in the proof stage.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with design choices (e.g., colors, logo placement) if the proof was approved.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modifications.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production may have already begun.

4. Shipping Issues

Custom Cooler Bags is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we'll be able to help resolve any issues where possible, including filing claims with the carrier on your behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
