3. Ordering Process

Step 1: Choose Your Cooler Bag Color

Select a color or design for your custom cooler bag. Please choose ONLY ONE option from the classic or exclusive pattern designs.

Step 2: Choose Your Cooler Bag Size

Select the cooler bag size that meets your needs:

• Small: 12-can capacity, 7.5”W x 19”L x 11”H ($150)
• Medium: 18-can capacity, 9”W x 21.5”L x 14”H ($175)
• Large: 30-can capacity, 10”W x 25.5”L x 16.25”H ($200)

Step 3: Upload Your Logo and Artwork

Upload your logo or artwork in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, SVG, or other supported file types. Ensure a resolution of at least 300 DPI for optimal quality.

Step 4: Choose Custom Options

Select from the following customizable options:

• Free Logo on Front Only
• Logo on Backside (+$10)
• Bluetooth speaker (+$35)
• No Logo on Cooler

Step 5: Specify Quantity

Enter the number of cooler bags you want to order. The minimum quantity is one bag.

Step 6: Provide Contact Information

Fill in your contact details, including:

• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Shipping Address

Step 7: Review and Confirm

Review your order details, including the uploaded logo or artwork and customization options. Confirm that all information is accurate. Agree to the terms and conditions, and proceed to payment.

4. Production and Delivery

a. Production Timeline:

Once you approve your design proof, production typically takes 7–10 business days. Production timelines may vary based on order size or customization complexity.

b. Shipping:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Free shipping is available for orders over $500. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

c. Risk of Loss:

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

a. Custom Products:

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

b. Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to production schedules.

c. Defects or Errors:

If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match your approved design proof:

a. No Guarantee of Results:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes for promotional or branding purposes. Results depend on individual use and application.

b. Limited Liability:

Custom Cooler Bags will not be liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays).
• Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
